Its pretty, REALLY pretty! A little over an hour South of Hollister, this 594+ acre ranch has been in the same family for a very long time. Perimeter fences are in pretty good shape but could use help here and there. Almost 1000 feet of "climb" from New Idria Road to the top of the ranch. Power lines run parallel with New Idria Road on the West side of the property. A small rectangular shaped pasture lies on the East side of New Idria Road as well. Several undeveloped springs on the property and Griswold Creek runs through it. Property has not been leased for cattle grazing for about 4-5 years. So, the grass is pretty tall right now.
